Common questions
- How does a fit check work? Set up your body profile (height and proportions, or exact measurements), then paste a clothing product link. Alate returns a size to try and specific fit notes tailored to you.
- A brand or link didn't work. Some stores can't be read yet. On the result screen you can tap "notify me" to be told when that brand is added.
- Do I need an account? No. Fit checks work with no sign-in. Google sign-in is optional; if you use it, your profile and fit history sync across your devices.
- Where is my data? Your body profile and fit history live on your device. If you sign in, a copy is kept in your account so your other devices can pull it. Details in the privacy policy.
